Ideally located for local amenities with several good pubs and restaurants nearby. Preston Sands is just 1 minute level walk, Paignton Beach is just a 3 minute level walk and the town centre a 10 minute stroll away. Other nearby attractions include, the Paignton Zoo, Apollo cinema and Key West Water Park. We are also located on the local bus route.
